Notes on Fees - All Courses
- A component of the international EQI Baccalaureate program fee is set independantly by the International Baccalaureate Organsiation (IBO). This fee is subject to change and may increase pending advice from the IBO.
- All extensions to Study Abroad programs will be charged according to the current fee and duration of the extension.
* 2010 published fees will apply from 1 January - 31 December 2010. All fees and charges are subject to change after this date.
* 2011 published fees will apply from 1 January - 31 December 2011. All fees and charges are subject to change after this date.
* All fees must be paid in Australian dollars in advance for 12 months or the duration of the course (if less than 12 months).
- This is an annual fee determined by the Health Cover Provider, which may rise subject to pricing conditions.
Tuition Fee Coverage
The tuition fee covers:
- initial airport pickup (excluding Dependant and Tourist Visa students)
- all aspects of compulsory schooling and teaching costs
- textbook hire
- compulsory subject-related excursions
- supervision and counselling (academic and personal) throughout your program abroad
- enrolment in a Queensland Government high school
- pre-departure and post-arrival orientation information
- ESL services
- student identification card for student concession fares where public transport is available
- support of a local school International Student Coordinator and/or Homestay Coordinator who is a representative of your school.
- management of homestay fees.
The tuition fee does not cover:
- the cost of homestay accommodation
- school uniform
- school activities that are not compulsory, such as optional excursions and performances
- personal items
- stationery
- lunch at school
- passport and visa application fees
- international and domestic travel
Students may be required to pay additional fees relating to specialist subjects and activities depending on the subjects selected.
