Regional Study Abroad

EQI Regional Study Abroad is for students Year 10 to Year 12 who want to experience Australian life in a regional area. EQI Regional Study Abroad students receive high quality education as they develop their English conversation skills and experience the uniquely Australian way of life with their Australian Homestay family.

Students may study their EQI Regional Study Abroad program for a period of three, six, nine or twelve months. Students may commence their program either at the beginning of Semester One (January), or at the beginning of Semester Two (July). Upon completion of EQI Regional Study Abroad, students receive a Queensland school report of their academic achievements.

Student Visas

All international students must hold a valid student visa for the duration of their studies.

All students participating in an EQI Program must read and abide by the International Students Travel/Activities Policy. All EQI students must also submit a Travel Consent Form before embarking on any local, interstate or national travel during their EQI program.
