Complaints and Appeals Process
Education Queensland International (EQI) seeks to ensure all students are satisfied with their educational program. However, should a student have a concern with some aspect of their study program or decisions made in relation to their studies then these can be resolved formally or informally through EQI Complaints and Appeals process.
